Gary Barlow


Gary Barlow OBE is an English singer, songwriter and record producer. He is frontman and lead vocalist of British popgroup Take That and served as head judge on series 8,andof The X Factor UK. Barlow is one of Britains most successful songwriters, having written fourteen number one singles and twentyfour tophits. He has had three number one singles, six topsingles and two number one albums as a solo artist, and has had seventeen tophits, twelve number one singles and seven number one albums with Take That. He is also a sixtime recipient of the Ivor Novello Award and has sold over 50 million records worldwide. He was appointed an OBE in 2012 for services to music and charity.

Gary Barlow was born onJanuary 1971 in Frodsham, Cheshire, the second son of Colin and Marjorie Barlow. In Barlows autobiography, he relates that his love of music began at an early age.
